1. MUmobile is the promoter.
2. The closing date for entry to the is Midnight 21st April 2008.
3. The draw will take place on the 22nd May.
4. The competition is open only to residents of the UK only aged above 16 years.
5. The judges decision is final.
6. No correspondence will be entered into in connection with the competition (including the result)
7. The winner may be required to participate in future publicity.
8. The winner will be notified via the mobile number to which they subscribed to the alert service.
9. The prize is a Manchester United Home Shirt signed by members of the 1st team squad. There is no cash alternative.
10. The prize is not transferable
11. Entry into the competition is by subscribing to the Standard Home and Away Match Alerts service for at least one month from MUmobile at either http://downloads.manutd.com or wap.manutd.com on your mobile or by texting MUFC STAN to 60442 and staying subscribed.
12. No third party entries will be accepted.
13. No other form of entry will be accepted.
14. The winner shall be notified by the mobile number that they entered with.
15. The winner will have 2 days from the time of notification of their winning entry to respond to Mumobile in order to arrange the details of their prize. Failure to respond within this period and/or agree dates may (at Promoter’s discretion) result in forfeiture of the prize.
16. The Promoter reserves the right at all times to substitute elements of the Promotion.
17. Entry to the prize draw confirms acceptance of these rules as final and legally binding.
18. MUMobile reserves the right to reserve entry of, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of the prize draw rules.
19. MUMobile reserves the right to cancel this competition and to make any amendment or addition to these terms.
20. MUmobile accepts no responsibility for electronic entries that are not received or delivered.
21. This competition is not open to, Infomedia or Manchester United employees or their relatives.
